Ratification of the Treaty enables the Parties to deliver person convicted to deprivation of freedom for the further service of sentence for the committed crimes to the state which citizen a person is. It facilitates the realization of one of the criminal conviction purposes social rehabilitation of the convicted and also provides the rights keeping of these people.
A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No0152.
