The Verkhovna Rada ratified the Agreement between Ukraine and Republic of Belarus on Delivery of a Person Convicted to Deprivation of Freedom for the Further Service of Sentence

Ratification of the Treaty enables the Parties to deliver person convicted to deprivation of freedom for the further service of sentence for the committed crimes to the state which citizen a person is. It facilitates the realization of one of the criminal conviction purposes social rehabilitation of the convicted and also provides the rights keeping of these people.

A relevant Bill is registered under Reg. No0152.
